Our state of the art gym is suitable for all levels of experience and fitness. We want your work out to be fun, effective and safe. Every member is assigned a Wellness Adviser to help you to plan a programme of activity unique to you, motivating and encouraging you every step of the way.

Your Wellness Journey begins with a tailor-made programme designed for gradual and sustained health improvements. Whether your goals are fitness related, sport specific, for rehabilitation purposes, weight loss or functional strength, an activity programme will be designed for you using the best facilities for your needs. Your Wellness Advisor will keep close contact and review your progress, amending your programme to help you achieve your goals.
